About Vibe
The agency was founded by Nicola Runge in 2024 and is the realization of a heartfelt dream backed by more than 18 years of experience in booking, management and scouting.
Hi, I’m Nicola!
After 18 years as a model booker, I founded my own agency, VIBE MANAGEMENT, which is a dream come true for me. I´m grateful to be able to do what I love and follow my own visions.

My motto “I decide my vibe” has been with me for a very long time and I mean it - that’s why it’s tattoed on my arm ;) For me, a good and positive vibe is a special atmosphere that people, places and situations radiate, which often can be felt best rather than be described in words.
